 We are moving!

As part of a planned transition from our current building, we will soon begin serving members from a new location within GFA Federal Credit Union’s Keene office, located at 346 Winchester Street. We understand how important it is to have a familiar, dependable place to manage your financial needs, and this arrangement will allow us to continue serving you without interruption.

Credit unions were founded on the principle of people helping people, and that spirit extends beyond the members we serve to the way credit unions support one another. We are grateful to GFA Federal Credit Union for welcoming us into its Keene office and providing a space where our team can continue assisting you. While the location will be shared, you will continue to be served by the same credit union and the people you know and trust.

There are no changes to your accounts, services, or relationship with our credit union. Our members remain at the center of every decision we make. We are committed to making this transition as smooth and convenient as possible.

What will the hours at the GFA Keene location be?

At the GFA Keene office, you will have more opportunities to bank at a time that works for you. The office is open Monday through Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Thursday and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to noon.

Why is the credit union moving?

Our current building will no longer be available, so we have arranged to operate from a new location within GFA Federal Credit Union’s Keene office. This allows us to continue serving members without interruption.

Will anything change with my accounts?

No changes are being made to your accounts, services, or membership as a result of this office relocation. If there are any future developments that impact members, we will communicate those directly and transparently.

Why are you moving into another credit union?

Credit unions have a long history of cooperating to serve members and communities. This arrangement allows us to continue providing services in a convenient location while transitioning from our current building.
